The Development Team of Stadium Square, plan to build the $300 million development on three blocks in South Baltimore's Historic Sharp-Leadenhall Neighborhood.  This site will be the city’s best tech scene as well as fill an insatiable demand for new apartments.

 

Stadium Square is a venture being developed by Caves Valley Partners (CVP)  

 

Stadium Square will consist of:

  • 300,000 square feet of office space among three buildings

  • 80,000 square feet of retail

  • 650 apartments

  • 2,000+ parking spaces

  • New community center on the Leadenhall Baptist Church property

  • Infrastructure overhaul, including coordinated streetscape improvements

  • Quick access to MARC, Light Rail, the Charm City Circulator, Baltimore-Washington Parkway (295), Interstate 395, and Interstate 95

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

The property is located between Federal Hill and M&T Bank Stadium, the project includes apartments, office space, ground-level retail, and ample parking.
